We primarily use the information we collect when you use the Services in connection with your relationship with Swif, your use of the Services, and for sending you information from us or on behalf of certain third parties. It also includes providing offers to you based on information you provide or we collect or your use of the Services. Note that we do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent; however, we may share your Personal Information under certain limited circumstances. Swif may collect “Personal Information” (which is information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual), such as the User’s name, email address, physical address, payment details, and gender. If your personal information changes at any time, it is important that you promptly update, correct, or delete any information that Swif and various Vendors use in processing orders. Since Swif uses a User’s personal information to provide him or her with purchase access to the Swif App and Site and Swif Services, it is important that such information be accurate and complete. Simply update any changes to your personal information on the Swif App.
Swif shall collect “Personal Information” (which is information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual) such as the User’s full name, age, address, email address, credit card information, gender, and other vital information in processing orders. Some of the information in your Profile may be visible to third parties, depending on the nature of the information and the privacy settings you choose when you sign in and login to your Account where you created your account. Swif may share your full name and credit card information with Vendors in order to process orders. Swif may also make the information contained in your Profile accessible through means other than the Swif website (such as through an app or an application programming interface (API).
While you may opt out of providing us with your personal information, such as your name, address, email address, and credit card information, it means that we may not be able to provide you with certain services. Opting out means that you may browse our site and App as a Visitor, but you will be able to use the services we provide.
You may “opt out” of our marketing and promotional emails at any time by simply clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom or footer at the email and confirming your choice to unsubscribe in the newly opened Swif page. While we endeavor to handle all opting out requests promptly, opting you out of our promotional material may take 72 hours. You may also contact us here.
We will respond promptly to User’s requests for personal information. Swif will not respond to requests for access to personal information that are frivolous or vexatious. Please allow up to 10 business days for such requests. In certain circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to some or all information requested from you. Swif holds the right to verify any information requests.
Users will have the luxury of enjoying Swif’s services over various periods of time, permitting acceptable usage by the User. As permitted under U.A.E. law, Swif will retain the information of its Users for a period of five (5) years pursuant to Federal Law 1 (1971) Penal Code and Constitution of the UAE. Retention of information may be kept longer for investigative purposes, fraud concerns, tax purposes, and/or legal purposes.
